Carol McTaggart

Carol McTaggart is the Group Director of Development for the Clanmil Housing Group - A registered Housing Association based in Northern Ireland which owns and manages circa 5,000 homes. She has over 25 years property development experience and currently leads the delivery of an ambitious growth agenda for Clanmil. She is a member of the Northern Ireland All party working group on construction and a member of the Business committee of the Northern Ireland Federation of Housing Associations. She is also a non-executive Director of York Housing Association.
