Rosalind Carroll

Rosalind Carroll is Director of the Residential Tenancies Board. She was formerly Head of Regulation of Approved Housing Bodies at the Housing Agency, which was set up in 2010 by government to support local authorities; approved housing bodies, and the Department of the Environment, Community and Local Government, in the delivery of housing and housing services. Rosalind has considerable experience in the housing sector, having previously worked in the Department of Environment, Community and Local Government and Dublin City Council. She holds a Master’s from the London School of Economics and has qualifications in Regulation.
