Sharon Cosgrove

Sharon Cosgrove joined Oaklee Housing as CEO in May 2016, having previously held a number of senior roles including CEO of the Asthma Society of Ireland and CEO of Sonas Housing. Sharon led a wide range of regeneration and housing programmes in South Dublin and in Bristol City. Since joining Oaklee, Sharon’s focus has been on expanding the development programme and leveraging new sources of finance. In December 2017, Oaklee reached financial close on a €50 million facility with German Bank Nord/LB, which will be used to finance acquisitions of social housing. In March 2019, Oaklee Housing as part of the Comhar Housing consortium reached contract close on the first Social Housing PPP which will deliver 500 new homes in 2020.
